Dirty room, unhelpful staff.

The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was decent.

Our first room was dirty with trash left inside. The shower curtain was too short, and we had to use towels to avoid flooding the bathroom.

I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were very very helpful. Its location was particularly good and easy, right by many good restaurants, the mall and several eating establishments and many stores. My room included a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and television.

We loved its good hot breakfasts!

It was just next door to shopping mall, Ohio for school projects, and the public areas, nice location overall. The staff there were VERY HELPFUL and top-class.

Review for The Hotel At Dayton South in Centerville

I had a really nice experience at the Hotel At Dayton South! My room was neat and updated, featuring a comfortable shower and a convenient pull-out couch bed. the location is fantastic—it’s centrally located and just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and shopping options, making it easy to explore South Dayton and the nearby mall. It was perfect for my school projects in Dayton, Ohio!

First time stay, certainly won't be the last. Initial reason for choosing was the room price for the area. After arrival, the location was perfect, as well. Very close to all kinds of shopping and dining options. Room was clean and very comfortable. Young lady on duty at front desk was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Outstanding value for the money.

Very old facility that needs to have a fresh coat of paint and new carpets throughout. Rooms were poorly insulated and I could hear the rooms above below and beside me anytime the bathroom was used. This is what I would consider a "Construction Workers" facility in that the parking lot was full of construction vehicles and the vast majority of the guests appeared to be traveling construction workers. And even though the hotel was listed as a non-smoking facility you could smell cigarette smoke outside some of the rooms as well as people smoking in the stairwells.This facility should never be rated as 3 star, not even close. Would be pushing it to rate as 2.

Clean room with nice amenities like 24-hour coffee. The bed was a bit firm for my liking.

The king bed was very comfortable. And was very clean.

We stayed on the fourth floor, apparently half of the fourth floor has smoking rooms. The whole floor and elevator smelled real bad of smoke and so did our non smoking room. One sheet and comforter on the bed I was hot so I had air on spouse was cold and had no extra covers

The rooms here were airy, brand-new, and had definitely new carpet, working AC, and fresh sheets on the bed.

It was a pleasure to come to your hotel. The price, the food, the personnel, and the room was well well worth the stay. I would like to visit Dayton again to see the Air Force Museum and stay at the Dayton Inn.

This hotel has a really comfortable atmosphere and is conveniently located near South Dayton and the mall. the public areas are nice, and the rooms are tidy with very clean beds. 😊.

Had a perfect stay, the hotel is quiet and absolutely great.

The hotel was located just off Wright Brothers sites and Dayton. Loved the price of our standard king room and its essentials. The location couldn't be more particularly good in good area. Was a cozy base for vacation.

I thought it was very nice for the price. We paid $50 for a two double bed room. The room had a desk and a reading chair. The pool was very nice and we had a hot breakfast each morning. The hotel was very clean.

The location is really convenient—close to various online sites, Dayton, OH, and plenty of shops and restaurants. 😊.
